INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
What Is It?
Individual therapy is a type of psychotherapy where a trained professional and a single individual work together through client’s personal issues and concerns.
How Does It Work?
Individual sessions represent a safe space and time to confidentially express yourself. We review in detail your difficulties and life story. We identify any unhelpful patterns, behaviours and thoughts that negatively affect you. We understand how you use and apply them into your thinking and daily life. We replace them with positive and healthy ones. We work together as a team. The sessions are interactive, specifically designed for you and tailored to your needs. Nothing is imposed to you.
What To Expect?
